We believe that there are significant opportunities in developing new reserves as well as redeveloping older fields past their production prime.  Our plan is to acquire leasehold and fee interests in selective oil and gas properties that our team has evaluated and believes have commercial potential.  Our team has a combined  200 years experience in the oil and gas industry in the exploration, drilling and extraction of successful fields. 

We determine and select properties either through investigation and analysis by our team or through properties presented by an independent operator.  After we acquire a property, we contribute it to an operator for joint operations.  

Our compensation is an interest in the joint operation.  The compensation can take many forms, including royalties, carried interest, a working interest in the prospect or equity or convertible debt in the operator.  If the operator goes public, we are positioned to participate in the stock offering.  

Currently, our principle areas of interest are Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and the northern Rocky Mountain region.  We are specifically looking at opportunities in the Permian and Palo Duro Basins.
