Thomas R. Laverty

 

      President of P-R-0 Management Inc.Registered Professional Engineer in Texas No. 78803.  Mr. Laverty conducts petroleum property appraisals, reservoir studies, secondary recovery studies, geologic prospect analysis, well log studies to determine productivity, field extensions, and location of source beds for financial and energy clients.  Sunray DX and Sun Oil Company employed Mr. Laverty for fifteen years.  He was Senior Economic Analyst for Sun Oil CO. 

 

Grady Hammet 

 

     Mr. Hammet is an Energy Marketing Consultant with thirty plus years of experience, expertise, and professional contacts in the marketing of crude oil, gas, and natural gas liquids.  As a consultant, he has served diverse clients, in a variety of functions including, fostering long-term relationships and strategic alliances, managing sales and marketing, transportation, and scheduling staff to carry out marketing plans.  He has located and purchased small refineries and pipelines in South and West Texas and analyzed oil and gas marketing and transportation joint ventures by assessing netback opportunities and processing and transportation costs.

 

 

Jody M. Walker

 

    Ms. Walker graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1982 with a Bachelor of Individualized Studies and Majors in International Business, French, and Government.  She attended Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota where she received her Juris Doctorate in 1985 focusing on securities and taxation.  Ms. Walker was a junior partner, from 1986 to 1988, for Chesteen & Greiner, P.A. a securities and taxation firm handling all aspects of corporate law, taxation law, and securities law including debt and equity offerings, public and private.  From 1989 to present, Ms. Walker has had a private securities practice focusing on public and private offerings with debt and equity securities and corresponding corporate matters, including corporate taxation and general corporate laws.  The SEC, in its New Registration Report for 2001, ranked her fifth in the top fifteen Issuer’s Counsel for IPO’s (based on number of registrations).
